Melone Brothers Bakery delivers frozen par-baked breads to customers all over the New York and New Jersey area. We strive to bring you the highest quality, all natural products on the market.

Our par-baked process has been carefully designed and tested to ensure our product maintains the high level of quality we have strived to set over the years.

The process is simple; we partially bake the bread about 95% of the total bake time, blast freeze the product in our blast freezers, then store at temperatures from 0-10°C. The product is then distributed to our customers via frozen trailers and baked off as needed, directly on their premises. Frozen par-baked products offer many benefits, such as loss control, inventory control, and the appetizing aroma of hot baked bread. When a customer enters your business and smells fresh hot bread, they will definitely be returning for more!
